About Steven

With over thirty-eight years of experience in product development, Steven is passionate about creating customer-focused solutions that make a real difference. 

Early in Steven's career, innovations in automotive and off-road transportation led to cleaner air, better fuel efficiency, and longer-lasting engines. Steven's work earned a Service Award for developing a breakthrough control solution at a major automotive manufacturer.

As a project manager, Steven integrated robotics and vision systems into advanced manufacturing systems for the automotive, aerospace, and medical industries, improving everything from diesel injection systems to hip joint replacement parts. 

Later, as Director of Program Management at a collaborative commerce startup, Steven pioneered virtual teamwork to deliver complex product solutions.

For the past twenty-five years, Steven has focused on medical products, leading teams to develop technologies that help people around the world breathe easier, walk taller and feel better. Steven draws on experience in organizations of all sizes and economic cycles, offering strategic guidance and practical solutions for business growth.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. With thirteen patents and a publication in the Society of Automotive Engineers, Steven combines technical expertise with business acumen.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys home improvement projects, playing guitar, and fishing.
